Random question but how much. I see 15g of sn is needed. How much is that in teaspoons?

A standard kitchen measuring spoon will be just as close as most cheap kitchen scales. One tablespoon (three teaspoons) = 15ml, close enough.

I bought some digital scales. I'd probably use 20g myself.
