Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Long story short, but I decided I want some methods around just in case... my method of choice would either be SN or partial suspension hanging. I have moved out and live on my own, so I can do this when I'm not at work without running the risk of being found in time. Partial is my preferred method. SN is a backup for if it doesn't work.

My problem with partial suspension hanging is I've tried it over a dozen times, and I can't get it to work. Does anyone have any advice on how to get it to work? That's the con - I cannot lose consciousness, I cannot get dizzy. The pro is it is very quick. I also already have a rope. This is my preferred method.

As for SN, I noticed that the antiemetics are no longer available on ebay. What else can I use to make sure I don't throw up? Preferably something which does not require a prescription as that isn't a guarantee. I already know about the dosage and whatnot. I also am not willing to use DMSO. I also know about using the antacids. Also, I have been prescribed zofran before (although due to my weight gain I might not be able to get it refilled, long story short). But in the event that I can get it refilled, would that work? I also live in the US, so it would need to be OTC here.

These are my preferred methods because they can be done in my home (as opposed to having to go somewhere else) and the materials cost less than $100 (and in one case, I already have all the materials). Finally, both are pretty straightforward... expect for partial suspension where you have to find the right position. But once you get it right, it's very straightforward. All the materials are legal.

Thank you in advance.
