• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

There's a user that survived that had to get a tracheostomy.

Any method that prevents oxygen from getting to the brain can leave permanent damage, SN included.

Could I ask which user this is?

Yes, there can be organ damage when using SN and it's not immediately successful. The extent of which no one can predict. I personal threw up 25g a number of years ago - I pee'd blood for a couple of weeks and felt absolutely horrid. My kidneys took a hammering.

If SN is your method, make sure you're following the best protocol there is.

I believe it's Kayla. They have some posts talking about it, and even posted their medical records from their attempt.

Oh wow…I know they mentioned potential memory loss but didn't realize the extent of the damage :(
