I may have managed to find a source with worldwide delivery, don't need to be a company or have any licenses, and who are willing to mislabel. It's fairly expensive and you can't order less than 500g. I'm in the uk and collecting from the post office tomorrow and will make a thread then if it's all legit. Won't be spreading the source widely at all but if people are genuinely desperate I'll point them in the right direction
