okay, so my sleeping schedule is kinds of a mess right now, and i go to bed at noon and wake up at night. can i take SN right after I wake up? of course, after I take anti emetics 45 min prior. question number 2, i don't have benzos, but i have phenylaminobutyric acid. would that work?

*i'm asking because i don't have patience to fast all day and drinking SN right after you wake up doesn't require you to fast

I can answer question 1.

As long as there's at least 8 hours between your last meal (preferably 10 or 12, just to give your stomach time to digest) and when you take SN, it's fine. Fasting in your sleep is the same as when you're awake, so you can just sleep through the fast; it's why breakfast is called BREAK-FAST, you're breaking your fast. I plan on doing this myself, since the timing of my plan requires me to do it in the morning. So I'm able to sleep through most of my fast.
