ive read so much on sn, i've just seen a couple posts like here and on reddit that describe it as awful and painful 'the worst way to go'. idk if these people were just not following protcol though? ive watched a few videos that seem relatively peaceful , just throwing a few times at most and laying down? i should be able to get all the reccomended pills and 60mg of clonazipam , what do you think? i can deal with throwing up and some discomfort but i dont really want to be in severe pain as its obviously not nice but also because it could make me seek help, tell me your thoughts

**Don't take anything I say as law, I very well could be wrong**

When I see posts (especially on places like reddit) where people claim death by SN to be excruciatingly painful and one of the worst ways to die, I feel like a lot of these people are just bullshitting/lying in attempt to discourage people from ctb. I think hearing about a method that's relatively painless gives a lot of people the will to end it. I know personally, I've dealt with SI for years and one of the main things stopping me from following through is the pain/brutalization of many of the methods I'd known about before reading about SN. By spreading the notion that SN is just as painful as these other methods, I think people believe they're killing the bit of hope that people like me have gotten after hearing about a method like SN.

Again, I could be very wrong. SN might be an extremely painful way to go, it might not be. Ultimately, I have no idea 🤷‍♂️

yea i thought this might be it, and also probably people not following protocol, like taking too much or too little. also maybe ppl with prexisting conditions that might make it hurt. it will be my method anyway, hopefully soon
