Sn method help

Hi, wanted to know if someone can recommend me info on SN, how much to take, the process, etc

If you can link me a mega thread it would be very helpful

(I been know this method a long ago but I want to investigate more of it to understand it since I'm going to try it and it's the most accesible for me)
