Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is it really needed to use antacids like Tagamet or Ranitidine? It should sped up the absorption of SN, but I've read that it delays the loss of consciousness.
Shouldn't just fasting suffice?

I know PPIs should not be used because they keep you from unconciousness by keeping Blood pressure from going down by SN, but idk why antiacids delay it, by which mechanism.

Do not take any proton pump inhibitor (PPI) with SN! That is, NO omeprazole, esomeprazole, pantoprazole or any other -prazole drug. The blood pressure-lowering effect of ingested SN is blocked by pretreatment with a PPI. Moreover, it is advised to stay away from these drugs for at least 2 weeks before the SN attempt.
You may take ranitidine or famotidine if they are available in your country. There is no cimetidine either where I'm from.
Well we will be using cime anyway so we pretty much sidestep the whole thing. Oh and just you know the meto might actually increase blood pressure. So yeah I am not counting on blood pressure.

Well just pointing it out. If meto is incapable of disrupting the SN blood pressure lowering properties. What can antacid do? Unless it completely block our body from absorbing SN. Or else it doesnt make sense. You do know SN affect blood directly. So how can it give us hypoxia while unable to lower the blood pressure if SN already inside our blood? Well like I said before we will be using cime. This is hardly a problem. Using antacid lower the efficacy of cime. Thats the main reason why we shouldn't use antacid.
Read again, I edited my post already. Before I even saw your post. I didnt meant to say antacid raise blood pressure. Dont dwell or hankering over a typo.
Also PPI actually lower blood pressure. Take it what you will.
Because they equate lower blood pressure to being easier to get unconscious.
