SN help

Hi all,

I'm looking up ideas and I have access to Klonopin, Ativan, Oxycodone, and a other antidepressants.
It says SN is a better option, and probably quicker and less painful. I found this on Walmart, is this the correct SN?
I just read that the % should be less than 95% and that's 99%+? is that okay?

Higher purity the better. This looks correct, but is that 2 pounds of it? You can get like a 4oz bottle much cheaper. You only need like a tablespoon.

so does that mean more or less than 95%? i always thought <95% meant more, not less? i'm an idiot sorry
