Is it hard keeping the SN down if you've followed Stan's guide with the pills? I've heard some people say SI will make you want to vomit as well as the lingering taste in your mouth.

Some people vomit instantly some people don't. It's hard to predict how individual will react since our bodies are so different
If someone could speak to their experience, that would be great. I'm wondering also if smelling something nice might make you less likely to vomit, like a distraction of the senses.
