Help SN availability in Lithuania

I'm from Lithuania, my resources are slim. Every web I open up the price is jacked up, and I procrastinated enough to not have that kind of money. I'm managing my parents business account, I'll borrow some from there if I see fit. If I cannot get my hands on SN I'll likely just try to go for my wrists, besides, I don't know how SN would affect someone who's drunk off their roster. Anyone know someone I can go to for purchasing? Thank you.
