Method SN And Vomiting Risk

So I don't know for sure if I will CTB. If things get really bad I might. The thing about SN is I am worried about the risk of vomiting. I don't think I would be able to get a prescription for antiemetics does anyone have any advice or opinions about this method or any way to reduce the risk of vomiting?

heard its still very typical to throw up because thts just how the body expels toxins or things irritating the stomach

I really have not been able to determine any pattern to predict who vomits and how badly. People with AEs have still puked while people without them have been fine. It really is an individual thing, I think. Nerves probably play a bit into it so making sure you are calm and prepares for tour attempt probably helps.
