SN and biology questions

Hi guys, my method is probably SN. I was hoping some biology/chemistry-type brainiac could clue me in about the following:
I have severe non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
I have mitochondrial disease- (chronic fatigue)
I have 3 feet of colon removed
Do you still think it's doable, but just tweak the amount or should I pass on it? (Not really sure how I could even look this up on search engine)

I'm not a science type, but do any of these issues cause problems with the absorption of nutrients? As far as the colon is concerned, SN seems to do its fatal thing long before it reaches the colon.

I think none of your health problems will affect the process. I thought liver disease, cause the liver is the organ which mostly metabolize everything as similar to toxins. But the majority part of Sn shure will be digested before it reaches your liver. Actually due to its a kind of inorganic salt maybe, so it is absorbed as condiment...

The 3 feet of colon removed, will not affect, I suffered a similar surgery when I was 4 years old, and it doesn´t affect me in any way, but I don´t know if it is recntly.

If you follow correctly step, by step the method procedure, you´ll catch the bus easly. Just take your time to

Try looking on a well know bidding/auction site.
Listings tend to come and go, so perhaps keep an eye out over the next week or two....
Or you could look on the US version of a south-american river website, but would need a re-shipping company, plus would need to check up on the current post situation...
