Help sn amount of water

1hour before drinking SN
600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any pain killer as long as you stay within the recommended dose

45 minutes before drinking SN
3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)

30 minutes before drinking SN
Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.

SN drink


SN knows that it is important to drink a small amount of water. so I think it is ideal to drink 50ml of water for 20g of SN.
But drink water to swallow Antiemetic, antacid, painkiller tablets.
I think I will drink more than 100ml of water, is that ok?

Breaking the water fast is intended for all the pre-SN meds. I wouldnt worry too much about it. No one's come back here and said "my SN attempt failed because I drank too much water to get the pills down."

The 20g in 50ml measurement is mostly so the SN can dissolve without being diluted or becoming a thick paste.
