Depending on where you live, you either need to convince a chemical supply company you are a research lab or you need to go to the... shady side of the web. A few countries still sell it to regular citizens but it's becoming very heavily regulated.
They sell low purity SN (mixed with other stuff and in low concentrations, think like 6%) but to get anything "high grade" you have to get through the red tape of opening a business account. Even then, I wouldn't trust the purity %.

The SN is a quite basic chemical compound and it is used for example in the preparation of meat, so I wouldn't worry too much about searching for this chemical. It's highly unlikely that someone would knock on the door just because you looked it up on amazon.

Purity is more than fine w certain brands on A and business accounts are possible. this is the only info I can provide.
No, I never purchased anything online like that before. My friends got together and behind my back had me held on a 5150 and it was a mess and I could of got in trouble, loss my good medication forever. It's a risk I'm not willing to take again. BUT, if I knew amazon sold stuff like that before my attempts, I would have definitely tried that route.
