I would advise against it until you are in a good mood cos you could get negative thought loops and a bad trip.

Personally I wouldn't recommend it. It might actually make your mood worse because taking shrooms while depressed often leads to disturbing thoughts and hallucinations. If you're still going to do it, I'd recommend taking a small dose because taking large doses is more likely to cause you to panic or have scary hallucinations

Meh, I've been this way for years and my friend grew his own golden teachers and gave me 16g for free on my bday less than a month back. Make sure you make tea and squeeze half a lemon into each batch, pushing the shrooms out in the boiling water in a cafetière. Tastes fine after that and you won't be violently sick the whole time. Pretty cool stuff, you probably won't remember much but recently I remember seeing my whole room & curtains melting and finding it dope. Didn't really notice a change in my mental, that's probably only with microdosing which I know less about unless it's with acid.

I did shrooms recently and it was a great experience. If you don't think you have good control over your thoughts then I don't recommend taking shrooms in a state like this. Also don't take a high dosage because the higher the dosage the less control you have.

If I was still a hippie, I'd tell you to trust yourself and the shrooms. They are smarter than us anyway.

Don't let your mood put you off if you are always depressed for example. They might change your mood..
