• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know SSRIs and SNRIs aren't recommended, but im taking 60mg cymbalta, 150mg of wellbutrin, and betweem 25-75mg of serequel each night. (ridiculous, i know) and currently i have a supply of 30 pills each, in total probably a little over 100 induvial pills? cuz i have some extras. if i took these all at once, would i ctb in time? if i fall asleep, will i find it in my sleep? would this be painful or enough to make it happen within an hour or so? I'm a coward and too squeamish for other methods.

My mum attempted suicide by swallowing sleeves for SSRIs, anti-psychotics, you name it, and she simply ended up in the hospital after panicking, calling her mum, and then being shaky and living with cloudy memory until her later hanging in which she finally ended her life.

I strongly discourage trying to overdose on any drug, it's a non-method and has far too many risks with not a great chance of death, and worse, your death is unlikely to be quick or remotely pain-free.

Od is unlikely to be successful and might leave you with less resources.

It's not recommended at all. You'll end in a hospital with more suffering. I wish you peace.

It would be excruciating. You would get serotonin syndrome, have seizures, myoclonus, diahrea, vomiting. The worst part is that you probably won't die and just have gnarly brain damage. I would rather choke on my own feces than try to OD on psych meds. Take a beat, gather yourself, and get some sleep. You're worth taking the time to make a better decision for yourself - whether you ctb or not.
