Should I look for a psychologist? I got a scholarship this last and I tried to look how much it would cost but i couldn't find anything other then "call to make appointment" however my mom tried to gaslight me into thinking she was gonna send me to one and mentioned that it's like half my scholarship. Would it be worth going to therapy this school year?

It's MUCH better to go earlier than later. If I could go back, I would have seen a psychologist in high school or college.

It is definitely worth reaching out for support - as long as you find the right therapist for you.
