Severe, recurrent depression

So, I'm a little over nine months into my latest bout of severe depression, my third that's left me bed bound and mostly nonfunctional. I've tried many different medications and TMS, and ECT isn't really an option due to how far away I live from any hospitals. My anhedonia is also severe so the only distractions I can do are coming here or playing a couple of games online. Every time an episode has resolved, I get about four years of relief, then a period of stress brings on another episode. For those with severe and treatment resistant depression, what is your experience like and what do you do to cope?

I spend a lot of time on here and rue the day that I impulsively threw out my SN. I've nothing to look forward to and I'm sorry, but I'm unable to offer you any strategies to mitigate depression
