Hi sorry if this is agains TOS, please just remove this ifnit is please know I dont mean to.

But I see alot of ppl posting about sn and I wanted to know if anyone else knew about/had experience with salt overdose. Like I understand the basic mechanics of how it helps you ctb but like... How does it feel? Is it viable?

Salt overdose, at least in its early stages, is similar to dehydration, as it is very similar to it methodwise. Therefore, salt poisoning would basically just feel the same as if you were to dehydrate yourself for a couple of months (meaning fainting, fatigue, etc.) Salt poisoning also has a high chance of SI kicking in before it's too late, so I would not recommend this one.

I know you were probably expecting a scientific paper in comment form, but salt poisoning is rather cut and dry, actually

Go to PubMed or another health database and type in: salt and poisoning . You'll understand why it's not a good idea.

I have. Seizures muscle twitches etc. My bet was more id ve so out of it, it wouldnt matter. Idk how long or how likely it is to succeed either
