was practicing full suspension hanging today, and i noticed that my throat would have a buildup of saliva,making me make choking noises with my throat. Is this normal??

connected the rope to roof and put my head in noose, i was on my tip toes
ig it wasnt necessarily practicing,it was an attempt, SI kicked in and i did a pull up on the door nearby (i have no idea how i managed)
