If you were to do this, it would not be an assisted suicide charge. It's manslaughter or third degree murder. Instead of 2 years, its 10 to 35 years which ngl seems like not a great deal to me.

Yes, we are all suicidal, but people on here change their minds or abort attempts at the last minute all the time.
