2 weeks ago, an old friend gave me a stern talk which lit something inside me that burned away all my suicidal desires. I went to a gym for once in the days after. ironically, my SN arrived a few days after. But as the weeks passed, i suppose that energy ran out and now i've been relasping back into suicidal desires.

Its been such a surreal experience, and i ask myself, to be, or not to be?
i want to ask my friend to give me another verbal kick in the head to set me straight again.

The fact that you are still wondering which decision is the best gives me the impression that maybe there's still a reason, as small as it might be, that has the enough power to keep you here with us.
Maybe asking your friend is worth a try.
Whatever decision you make, I'm sure it will be the best for you.

What did your friend say that wiped away all suicidal thoughts?

I agree with @p4nic there still seems to be hope for you. Talk with your friend again.

But what did he say? Maybe we can help you out that way too :)

What motivates you in life? Is there something in you you have a strong urge to defend?
