i'm currently on my 5th day in a row of heavy drinking and kicking myself for giving up. 3 years of relative sobriety out the window lol. wish i wasn't such a stupid bitch and i could just die already

i'm the last person to tell you such, but, don't beat yourself up over it. As bad of a disease as alcoholism is, it's not helpful to look at life as a ladder that you slide down from if you have a drink.
