Hey. I've been browsing on this forum on and off for a while, but only just made a user, and feel like I'm ready to commit.
I'm sorry if this has been written about, but I am so overwhelmed with the threads, amount of methods and variations - mostly because I'm scared to fail, and I want it to be as painless as possible.

At the moment, I'm leaning towards hanging or co poisoning, and CO seems the most peaceful to me. I have a remote cabin, and a caddy type car. There is an inside fireplace, an outside weber gas grill, and an outside "fire pan". I have chopped wood, charcoal and briquettes. I also have 3 disposable bbqs laying around, I believe.

Whenever Ive tried to read on the co megathread, I must admit I've gotten a bit overwhelmed and not sure whether I'm overcomplicating things. Again, I'm really scared that whatever I attempt will fail, and I'll end up brain damaged.

What would be the best method, in your opinion, with what I have? Initially im thinking to light up the three disposable bbqs, let them burn (a while?) outside until they are white, bring them into the back of the car, get in it at the same time, and drift off to sleep. Would this be sufficient? I would love some feedback on if there are better ways, with what I have, or if im better off attempting hanging. Although I've had the rope around my neck a few times and it really freaks me out.

Tips much appreciated, and take care..

From what I e learned - it's best to allow the CO to build up to a lethal level before entering. Otherwise you'll get all the side effects of the lower level CO and likely abort mission before it become fatal.

Thanks for your reply, and right, that does make sense. I know it's meant to hang in the air for a while, but I guess I am then worried that the amount of CO in the air will disperse by opening the car door, if I put it in some time before I get in myself? So much so that it won't reach the lethal levels afterwards.

Alternatively I would try to drink quite a bit or something before, to hopefully help with the drowsiness, and to stay asleep.
