quick question about SN

im gonna buy sn its probably gonna come in a container and the containers gonna be in some type of bag if i put it in a cupboard without opening it im good to go right it wont oxidize right and suppose it oxidizes and im exaggerating but suppose it drops to 92% from 97% would it still be enough to kill me

SN is actually fairly stable. It keeps its potency even when boiled (someone tested that theory).
Just keep water & air out of the package, store it in a cool dark place & it should be potent for quite a while.
