Help quetiapine and alcohol

would 2000 mg of quetiapine and a bottle of wine would be enough to finally perish??? im just confused and tired and i have no resources apart from my weak ass meds since my psychiatrist does not validate my other symptoms :DDDDDDDDD please someone just answer istg im exhausted
