Haven't attempted, however I will guarantee partial hanging will be taking longer to unconsciousness due to how prone to failure and abandonment it is.

Attempted partial in 2016, & it didn't take long to start passing out (vision started going & i think i felt twitching?), it was <5 minutes when it started (i was found, unfortunately).
