Venting Psych ward

My therapist and counsellor are going to talk to my psychiatrist about sending me to a ward, they have a meeting with the hospital on Tuesday. I honestly sort of want to be locked away, I can't stand the pressure at the moment, I know I won't be able to self harm there but oh well, I'll feel valid.

As much as those wards can be an awful place, try to see if you can make some friends or find a kind staff member to get close with because that will make it miles better. I am sorry you had this experience, hopefully you can get all the help and support you need <3
