the primal instinct to breathe, struggle and kicking just for one short breath. Unless you go the long drop route and your neck is broken instantly

Hanging versus any sort of method. A mortal election
Sincerely, just think of hanging myself makes me sick. I could not do it, for sure.
suppressing the fear, yes............. everything is possible.
