its a more of attempting then practicing.
i have lost hope on partial since i have tried it so many times, but i have now tried full following this guid https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...h-partial-and-full-suspension-hanging.175612/ .
i just didnt kick the chair and was hanging there for 10 seconds and hoping to pass out. there was surprisegly less pain then partial but it was uncomfortable.
the only problem is i wasnt getting dizzy at all i didnt feel any changes at all in my body, and i usually read that u should pass out within 10-15 sec.
i dont know what to do.

How do you know the duration of your hanging?

Never practice full suspension. Never. It's for death only.

You don't practice full suspension hanging, even without kicking the chair, unless you are prepared to die.

so u suspended your full weight just by rope around your neck ? if you didnt kick the chair, how did you manage to stay in the air for 10 seconds ? also whats the thickness of rope used ? 10 seconds is too long to not to feel effects atleast from jugular vein compression even if your carotids are not compressed.

After 10 seconds you're already completely unconscious. You probably counted wrong.

8mm rope. i simply stepped down the chair, it wast directly underneath me but a little bit to the side.

I don't think it makes sense to practice this way, even if your intention is to turn it into an actual attempt. If it's for practice, don't fix the rope to an anchor point, but hold the other end in your hand, and make sure the rope slides easily and can release you easily. You'll know it's safe doing it like this, so you can practice without fear and lean in with full force.

I'm not suggesting anything or encouraging you to do that, but if your intention is to end your life, and fully commit by stepping off, then that's what will most likely happen. You can make your choices based on this fact.

If you're using an 8 mm rope, and you feel like you can't pass out, then the issue is not rope width. It can be either:
  • rope position, which I believe is optimal at the top of the neck, beneath the jawline,
  • the type of noose, of which a self-tightening one is optimal,
  • insufficient pressure,
  • knot position, with the optimal position being at the back of the neck.

strange. i never heard about this. in some people carotid compression can take upto 17 seconds, but the jugular veins are on the surface. with your full weight on the neck region from a 8 mm rope, jugular veins and carotids and airway will be compressed. Jugular veins only need 2 to 3 kg force. I am still wondering why you at least didnt feel pain from 8 mm rope digging into skin and throat and why your jugular veins are not compressed in 10 seconds. It shouldn't be possible as far as i know from human anatomy
