Polish SN stuck at customs

I've seen a case on here where a user ordered SN from Poland to the US and their order got stuck in customs. What happens in case? Would they definitely receive a letter/visit from customs?

Was it taken by customs or just stuck for a bit? They might get a welfare check but SN is a legal substance to have, so just lying and saying it's for meat curing would suffice

sn is legal the most they will do is a welfare check but that's if your package gets stuck in customs which probably won't happen
