Tried hanging multiple times but fear of failing and getting brain damage stops me every time. I just want to swan dive off a tall structure and get it fucking over with already. Any ideas?

If fear stops you from hanging dont you think it will be the same with jumping? Have you considered something more peaceful?

Partial suspension then. Hell even drowning I think is better than jumping. Recently I made a post why I think that is.
