I am curious as to why products such as halatel pentobarbital sodico can't be brought back to europe if purchased in say, peru?

I can't know if it's gonna work out ofc. But I'd buy the needed amount at least three times. One for sending to myself via mail, one to put in my luggage and one to potentially consume right there. What could be the worst thing to happen?
