Peacefull and cheap way to poison yourself

Hi guys,

I wonder if you could tell me of a simple but effective poison I can concont with mostly stuff I can find at my home that would be able to help me CTB fast and relativeley painlessly. I can't use the SN method as I don't have a way to purchase some and hiding it from my girlfriend as she know about my suicidal tendencies and she will freak out when she sees what I've done.

I don't want to hang myself as I have always found that method to be extremely painful and scary for the people who find me afterwards (yes I know I will be dead when they find me, but still I can'tallow myself to show my family such a harrowing view - my hanging body in my apartment).

Non of the chemicals you can find in an average home like bleach are peaceful. The only painless method I can think of in your situation is the carbon monoxide method.

I am sure you have charcoal right?

I don't personally know of a set of common household products that could create the poison your looking for, but I ran a quick Google search with the words "poison cocktail with stuff in your kitchen" and I got a lot of hits. So ...

I have also done this but thought anyone here might have more knowledge about such methods or even some personal experience with them. Thank you for taking the time to answer me :)
