So I payed for N to A with moneygram and they only asked what country it was going to. A's instructions included city, state and pick up option of "cash pickup at any agent location" NONE OF WHICH WAS ASKED by the lady at the moneygram place. All they asked for was ID, what my occupation was, country it was being sent to and reason for sending. That's it. Can someone else who used moneygram tell me if this is normal? This was in Canada btw.

Yes, that's normal. 'Cash pickup at any agent location' is the default way of sending a MoneyGram basically when the sender does it in person.

I've never sent money via their website, so maybe that's why he provides that additional info, for people doing that. There might be required fields to fill out and no doubt there is a box to tick to choose the method of delivery (MoneyGrams can be sent to bank accounts and mobile wallets in addition to cash pickup).
