My online transaction was cancelled by Moneygram and was told that I can no longer do business with the company just for using the payment details A gave me. I'm concerned Western Union will follow suit if the entire process is online. Has everyone been performing the entire transfer at a WU location for their N from A? I'm wondering if I can start the process online and select "pay in store"?

He specifically addresses in his email that transactions with WU or MoneyGram are likely not to be accepted online. You'll need to go to an actual facility and go through there.

Quick question, are the 2 emails for A from the PPeH still actual?

Transfers to a number of high risk countries are only accepted by physically attending an agency and presenting solid ID.
This is to reduce the risk of scammers.
