i have a rope and i want to do partial suspension but when i feel the noose i just panic and stop myself, i'm not even close to passing out. i don't know what i can change

I would recommend drinking as a way to slow your SI, or some other drug that acts as an depressant. Also if it's the feeling of the rope, I would recommend trying out different materials to see which one you are most comfortable with.
