Hi, I'm trying various positions of partial and I wanted to ask about rope position. I know there are tons of posts, but I can't find out the perfect one. I'm trying the rope to push more vertically, more like into the jaw, as well as trying to push more inwards the neck, but nothing. I'm giving up ending with either pain or urge to vomit.
I'm using 10mm polypropylene rope with snuggle hitch on one side and slipknot on the other end (probably, I'm kinda confused with it, but it tightens with big friction especially close to the neck, and leaves small gap).
How I should position the rope? Or maybe adjust whole position or change rope/knots?
Thanks

What worked for me was positioning the rope as high as you can possibly place it on your neck, pushing down vertically, using a slipknot

If you're not passing out in less than 10 seconds you should try changing the position of your body, to apply more weight on your neck

Thanks for reply! This way I don't have the urge to vomit, but pain is still the blocker.
Ive always been very pain sensitive, dentist, other medical examinations, everyday situations, when other are not feeling pain at all, I feel it every time.
Do you know any methods to either lower pain (I try use thin padding), or to increase somehow my tolerance?
