I have no reliable anchor points in my room, so I was thinking of tying the rope around the table, make a loop under it, get my nech into it, move my knees backwards or even on top of some boxes for the right height, and wait for the bus. I'm a skinny guy, I have a thin neck but a huge windpipe and thyroid stuff, and I worry that the weight in that position won't be enough. On the plus side, it won't mess up my fragile bits higher up from the base of my neck, which could be painful. I thought of wearing a backpack filled with water bottles adding 10 kg more and hanging 2 or more shopping bags around my neck right by the rope for an additional 8-10 kg per bag. Obviously, with this setup I can't do a test run on my own. I will have a very short window of opportunity to get this done right and mistakes could make it extremely difficult to try again.

I hereby ask for your educated opinions and possible improvements. If you have a buddy who would rescue you after losing consciousness by trying this method, please, let me know if it works. My only window of opportunity is in a few days.
