Help partial hanging/hanging

i want to do it in my home but i can't find a spot where i could tie it. or any other way i could make the hanging work. any ideas for houses ??

it's an apartment actually. so no staircases heh
and i did want a pull up bar installed on the walls but couldn't get it approved by my parents.

HEH i instead quit the site IDK why and started becoming pro life again. most of my thoughts now are pro life and i have gained quite some weight. i would have to restart everything and i suppose i am either going to try the inner bar of the wardrobe/ almirah or i will do night night
