How does partial hanging from the doorknob work? Do i throe the rope above the door or do i just tie it to the doorknob and then push downwards with the neck? Thanks.

When it holds all of your weight. But maybe its better to use the metal or wood bar inside your closet. This should probably hold your weight and if you wanna know more it, this thread is really helpful
