Overdosing on Benadryl plus whatever prescription pills I can find in my cabinet and going to try jumping.

I'm not confident Ill be able to jump so I'm planning on overdosing first then going to the location and just waiitng there....though I don't really have any prescription medicine. Hanging would probably be best but I don't want to do it in my house cause I know I'll traumatize my family....tho I honestly might end up trying. I also don't really know how to hang I've tried before but with no luck.



The place I'm jumping at is a little far from me. I'm taking my little sister out for dinner the day of my ctb.



Any thoughts on my method?



Its rough but on Saturday night I'll try to hang myself in my room. This likely won't work. If it doesn't work I'll swallow down a bunch of Benadryl and maybe some pain killers (i live in he US if theres any better over the counter medicine please tell ) once i take the pills I'll start heading to my location....a roughly 10 story parking garage it was the tallest place I could find. I can't drive tho so I'll be taking the bus and train. Then I'll try to jump but if my SI won't let me hopefully the overdose will.



This is genuinely the best plan I could think of. I wish I could find my parents gun. Im currently on a gap year in college and am just working and honestly this has made me realize things won't get better and once school is over I'll be forced to drag myself out of bed everyday to work. I just want to sleep

After you take the pills, you may not be able to even arrive at the location, otherwise someone will find and rescue you because you are very sick. I'm not going to deny that drugs can help defeat SI, but you don't have to overdose. I want to recommend you to take the moderate amount of them.

Taking the pills in the parking garage is not a very good idea... Overdose is basically unreliable even when no one rescues you. And someone will rush you to a hospital once they find you collapsing there. If you cannot jump then you should go back home. You will find another oppotunity.

Please do not try to overdose on benadryl, especially not for SI. Its a deliriant, which means at high doses it will cause delirium. You will likely be unable to take the bus or train, and you will most likely experience strong hallucinations (Some report seeing/feeling spiders crawling on the skin, etc). Delirium is no joke and there's a reason why so many people avoid shit like "datura" which also is a deliriant.

Trying to combine that with prescription pills will almost surely cause damage to the liver and might cause worse side effects with the benadryl.

Please dont attempt this, benadryl overdose is extremely painful and will leave you with permanent organ damage, you will survive, you will be in psychosis, this will not work you will only suffer. please dont do this

This is not a problem of whether the garage is empty or not. Security guards or maintenance staffs are patroling. And you will survive your attempt even if no one finds you. To begin with benadryl overdose is unlikely to kill you but cause so much pain or leave physical damages as @WishfulNeanderthal and @superbfrawg commented.
If you are still fully determined and will never reconsider your plan, I just hope it goes well. But I don't want you to take the unnecessary risks. I'm seeing a big red flag.

Its not an option, nor is it a method. Its self harm at that point, it will leave you confused, delirous, in alot of pain and it will further mess with your brain chemistry. It will only worsen your situation, so please dont do that.

While it's true that easier methods are restricted by governments and prolifers, there are still alternatives to overdose, including jumping and partial hanging. I understand these feel like impossible, but sorry it is the case that dying can be more difficult than living. Please give yourself time and consider all options. I wish you the best.

Forget the benadryl. Aspirin would be more effective if you jump as it thins the blood and really makes any first responders efforts a lot harder.
