Method Overdose Advice- Fluoxetine

I know that overdose, especially on antidepressants is considered a non method, however its the only method I have available to me and I'm too broke to be able to spend money on the darkweb to get access to SN or drugs that are more reliable to overdose on. I currently have access to 4,800+mg of fluoxetine (my stupid fucking pharmacy keeps giving me 90 day supplies of it and I stopped taking it a while ago, it's almost like they want me to try and OD so they don't have to keep counting out my pills) I know that this is probably nonlethal, but allegedly someone I went to high school with killed herself used fluoxetine to OD, however that was just a rumor my mom shared with me, so I could be missing a lot of details that made her attempt successful. God knows why my mom decided telling her own suicidal child on that same medication that was a good idea, because this method has stuck with me ever since and I am seriously considering it if I can be decently sure it will be lethal. Does anyone know how this method can be made more relaiably lethal? I may be able to scrounge up some anti-emetics as there may be some around the house leftover from my moms cancer trearment to make sure I don't vomit up the fluoxitine. Any thoughts or advice? Does anyone know if anyone has succesfully overdosed on fluoxotine/prozac? If so, did they take any other drugs to achieve their overdose? I have been off fluoxotine since August so there shouldn't be any left in my system.

If you throw in an MAOI, like Syrian rue pills, that will make it a lot more dangerous. Although the resulting serotonin syndrome is apparently not painless and can be agonising, according to some.

Thank you. I won't lie, I am afraid of the pain, but there aren't really any other options open to me and every other method I could attempt would also be painful and unreliable (ligature strangulation, as I don't have an anchor to hang myself with. Unfortunately I am less keen on strangulation methods as I don't want to disfigure my corpse too much.

Please don't waste your time. Not having other methods isn't going to make an OD magically work for you.

The chances that it'd work are incredibly low, you'd be wasting your time and potentially leaving yourself with irreversible damage but surviving.

Actually, if you combine the amount of SSRI that OP has access to, with an MAOI, then there is a high risk of death. Throw in some grapefruit juice and 5HTP and there is an even higher risk of fatal serotonin toxicity.

The main reasons such an attempt might fail would be if someone found you and called an ambulance, or if you called them yourself.

As I said before this is not a comfortable or painless way to go out, and I have read descriptions from survivors of serotonin syndrome on places like reddit that have given me second thoughts about this approach. So I am considering ligature strangulation, jumping and other methods first.

there is almost always alcohol involved with antidepressant overdoses. but I truly don't recommend trying anything with your prozac

I'm in the same boat as OP tbh. Let us know how you get on OP. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.
Since severe serotonin syndrome sounds pretty terrifying (if you search "serotonin syndrome" on this site for example you hear some pretty bad things), I will have several fall back options ready if I attempt this - a rope tied to my wardrobe hanger bar for partial suspension hanging, for example. And I will try ligature strangulation first, I think.

I wonder how the pain/discomfort of serotonin syndrome compares to SN. Also, how long it would take for you to pass out.

If you're really set on a method like this though, might as well throw in other serotogenic drugs that are available OTC like DXM into the mix.
