I don't really think there is a street drug that meets the criteria. Street drugs are expensive, risky, highly addictive, known to cause depression/anxiety/paranoia/disassociation/schizophrenia.

Sorry, I wish I had a better answer to give you...

Edit to add: There are mental exercises to learn how to switch your mind off. Bout all I got.

You could try micro dosing with shrooms, if you search micro dosing on here there are quite a few threads about it. It's also being medically tested so there is some evidence it works at least in the short term, no long term results back yet.
And maybe a benzo to calm you down a bit x
