So castor beans contain ricin, a toxin, and for adults, its takes 4-8 beans to be lethal. It basically causes excruciating organ failure and pulmonary edema. There's no antidote, and the only way to treat it is to flush it out of your system. It seems like a viable option to ctb, even though its excruciating.
Castor beans contain an unknown amount of ricin. I think it's adventurous to attempt to die by natural materials like plants. Additinally it may be painful. That being said I agree ricin is very strong poison.
