Any reviews of olanzapine?

Am scared of it as the only anti-psychotic I've tried before gave me werid periods, extra agitation and constant upset tummy. The upset tummy has stayed with me even when I came off it which was quite early. But for one week it gave me more happiness and peace - one week only.

Am so worried about psych appointment on Monday.

I've had no side effects from it. Its mildly sedating I take it about 2hours before bed. I have to have yearly health check ups while on it though.

Its mildly sedating
mildly 🤭
depends on the person, although i question if im sensitive to medication. i can take a lactose pill thats suppose to only last a couple hours, eat something that would have made me feel sick 24-48hrs later and still be fine.

so again, the result depends on the person, i dont mean to scare you but at the same time you asked for reviews. this medication at 10mg had me asleep (or at the very least literally dragging my body and just falling asleep again because we were out that day) for 20hrs. so i tried half the dose the second day and slept for 12-15hrs.
i entirely refused the medication after that. i was only on it for those 2 days
