i have question that i cant find a answer to anywhere, like how rappers OD? Like how it's almost always fatal when there's really low change of OD killing you?

Dying from an overdose is possible, but as you said, it's a really low chance. Adding to that, overdosing can cause permanent damage without killing you. Once you've made enough comments that the search function opens up for you, there are a lot of posts about OD you can check out. Most survivors highly do not recommend it.
