Thinking about overdosing on gabapentin w/alcohol to cause loss of consciousness before a no drop full suspension hanging.

Any thoughts/experiences on overdosing before full suspension?

The issue may be, that you lose conciousness and fall/hang in an undesired way. Which may be enough to hurt you but not kill you. Alcohol is bad in general for most methods because if you lose conciousness, you have no idea what will happen.

When I used partial suspension I was found unconscious and not breathing hanging. My roommate forgot her iPad... I took 116mg Valium, 500mg Trazodone, and 5 Unisom to slow my breathing.

How did you do it? What type of rope and what did you secure to? What knots did you use? Just curious to see what would have worked

6mm hemp rope, simple slipknot for my neck tied it over the door to the knob on the other side. I used position 3 in the resource guide as well. Fell free to PM me if ya want.

How can you prevent falling or hanging in an undesirable way? What would be an undesirable way? Any info would be great

I used to abuse neurontin and threw up many times from it. That coupled with the alcohol will make you sick as shit. Just figure out the hanging as best you can. It's your best shot.

Preventing it, is by falling or hanging sober.

Say youre sitting on a chair, medicine kicks in, you fall out of the chair, partially. But you got hung up on the chair, and your body wakes you up to struggle with the rope and the chair impartially hanging you. You decide against hanging, but too late. All the capillaries in your eyes are broke, and you have a bruise around your neck.
You live, but get shipped to a facility the moment you step outside. No thanks, not worth the risk.

Wouldn't you still die if being strangled by rope dangling from a chair?
What about partial hanging by no drop? Like in the videos where they lower themselves

People are wanting to pass out, then die of hanging. Thats what I mean. It is really difficult to control your actions post loss of conciousness.

Physics is a tricky mistress, youd be surprised at what you can do with leaning a chair and it not falling over.

I'm 100% not saying that if you pass out and hang yourself you'll fail. I'm saying you can suffer undesirable effects from not being in complete control of your actions.

If not using a chair and unconscious with knot still in place? Would love to learn more about what your body is capable of doing when unconscious to avoid any issues

Shay, haha. I'm trying to explain that mixing methods is a bad idea. The only way I'd say it'd be a good idea to mix methods, would be during hypothermia attempts or drowning and taking a ton of alcohol.
