(cheeky vent sorry) I've been riding out the lockdown for as long as possible and the fact that I need to go back to work is terrifying me, clearly enough to make me come back on here :mmm: I don't want to go back to that place after a few months of managing to ignore the thoughts, but the thought of going back to shift work makes me sick lol

Quarantine has done this to a lot of people. For many people focusing on daily life was a huge part of their recovery, and with that gone it's so much harder to cope.
